Our History

We, the Sisters of the Religious Family of the Incarnate Word, have long dreamed of opening a school in Ukraine—one where, through education and nurturing, we can transform the worldly criteria and values into those of the Gospel of Christ.
We aim for our children to achieve a high academic level, but alongside this, we also seek to raise good Christians, leaders, and patriots of their homeland—people who live according to the spirit of a prince, guided by principles and integrity.
2014
By a miracle (for only God can work so wondrously), we managed to purchase land and begin building our school. A Ukrainian from England left us his legacy, and this became the foundation of our hope and future.

2019
A community was formed to oversee the construction and development of the school—handling documentation, seeking benefactors, and organizing administration. Only two sisters were initially assigned to this task.
Soon after, the COVID-19 pandemic began, and construction had to be paused.
But God's Providence had other plans. During this time, we realized that we needed to start a “living” school. Near our monastery, six children who regularly asked us for help with their homework inspired us to take action.

2020
Thus, in September 2020, our first school year began with just six children around our monastery table. It was humble, but as God loves to work—like in Bethlehem, where no one expected—our school was born from a small group of children in a simple setting.
As time went on, word spread, and more parents brought their children. By the end of that year, we had grown to 11 students in a new building, generously donated by one of our new benefactors.
2021
In September 2021, the number of children tripled, and we had to find a new space. The building we found was old and dilapidated, so we spent the entire summer restoring it ourselves, with the help of friends. Modest work, but enough to start the new school year with over 35 children.
2022
There was still much to do, but God's Providence sent us another benefactor who brought us into a cozy house where we still teach today.

2025
Our school has now been running for five years. Currently, we educate 85 children, but only about half of their families can afford to pay tuition. Even with their contributions, covering all school expenses remains a challenge. We rely solely on God's Providence, which constantly sends kind-hearted people to support this mission.
Our greatest desire is that our school not be only for those who can pay, nor just for the wealthy or the poor—it's for everyone who wants to be part of it. We are committed to this dream and willing to do everything possible to make it real.
We pray that God touches other hearts to support us, allowing us to grow—accept many more children and realize many more dreams to improve and expand this school.
Help us to complete this dream!
